How to Post a Job Listing for THU 2026
This guidebook walks companies through the whole recruitment journey: from creating your business account, posting your opportunity on the THU Platform, and shortlisting the candidates you want to meet, all leading up to September 28–29, when you'll sit down with them in person. Follow the timeline below to see how each step connects and reach out anytime you have questions.
TIMELINE - Company’s milestones
- Companies create job opportunities on the THU Platform - Until Sep 4, 2026
- Attendees apply to the opportunities board - Until Sep 11, 2026
- Companies review their candidates - Until Sep 18, 2026
- Selected attendees book slots - Sept 18 - Sept 25.
INTRO
All recruitment activities are managed through the Jobs menu in your Business Account. If you don't have one yet, learn how to complete it through this tutorial. From here, you can create and publish Job Listings, review and manage applications and follow your interview schedule throughout the event.
The Jobs menu includes:
- Manage Listings - Create and publish Job Listings.
- View Applications - Review applications, evaluate candidates and manage the selection process.
Once candidates have booked their interviews, all scheduled sessions can be viewed in the Company Schedule.
WORKFLOW
Jobs → Manage Listings – Create your Job Listings under this menu.
- Start by selecting the THU 2026 Space where you want to publish your opportunity.
- Complete the Job Listing – Fill in the job details, add the appropriate tags, configure the application settings (including an optional maximum number of applications) and publish the listing.
- Publish the Job Listing once you're ready. Your opportunity will then become visible to attendees in THU 2026.
Jobs → View Applications
Review applications, evaluate candidates, use tags and internal notes, and approve or reject applicants. You can also use Bulk Actions to approve or reject multiple applications at once.
Availability Slots
For THU 2026, interview slots are generated automatically across the two Industry Days. Each company has a maximum of 17 sessions per day (34 sessions in total). Please avoid approving more candidates than the available interview slots.
Interview Scheduling
Approved candidates book one of the available interview slots.
Company Schedule
Once a session is booked, it automatically appears in both the Company Schedule and the team member's Personal Schedule.
