Project Description
Thoughts are powerful. As it is said — the world outside is a reflection of our minds. But what happens when these thoughts interfere with the way you interact and engage with the world around you? Overthinking is when you think excessively, rethink constantly, dwell on a situation analyzing it for long periods, unable to focus on other things happening around you. The thoughts consume your energy and disrupt mental peace. What if you could tinker these thoughts? What if you could confront the root cause of this internal conflict by externalizing it with tools provided to you? "Tinker" is a digital interactive self-help diary to combat overthinking. The user can keep a daily record of events, thoughts, and experiences; and tinker, challenge, and toss them around in an intimate, positive environment with engaging gamified learning. Empowering the user to investigate and self-reflect, making it a self-help book in the true sense. The interactive diary combines animation, games, and music to create a novel experience. It offers a personalized, intimate, comfortable, and positive environment for people to open up their thoughts – a safe space to be vulnerable and express their feelings. The larger vision of this project is to make mental health and well-being services accessible to all.
