Finally I added the words like you'd see in a VR game menu.

Added light and shading and some Sci-fi effects.

Added the flat colors. I prefer a darker, moody color pallete.

I polished my sketch and decided on some professions for the little girl. Digital artist being front and centre because its THU!

But I wasn't really feeling the composition. So I decided to go in a different route.

Maintaining the same original idea I thought I could do a simpler composition since I was running out of time at this point.

I thought I'd show just one kid in a VR set looking at her own future and trying to choose what to be when she grows up, again showing that with the help of technology anything is possible.

I decided to compose my image as a character selection menu in a game. 

At first I thought of showing some kids in a VR set and then the image transitions into a new unexplored world where they are transformed into different characters. This would be to show that the kids are our future and with G technolody anything is possible.

I used Unreal to do a quick composition of my ideas and the I took some screenshots and did some photobash in photoshop.

When I think about 5G I think about the future, technology and virtual reality. So I decided to combine all of those in an image.
