A rigging artist is required to develop a wide variety of rigs covering a very broad range of rigging applications, primarily focused on Character and Creature Animation.A rigging artist should have some experience in creating and customizing rigs for complex applications in visual effects or 3D Animation. Also, A ringing artist should have scripting knowledge and ideally you will also be able to demonstrate a wider, generalist range of talents around the CG character development (modeling & animation) and high-end CG production (lighting & rendering)

• Deliver high quality rig within the schedule and budget
• Help improve the rigging process between modelling and animation
• Develop tools to automate character rigs for long form productions
• Provide suggestions and solution whenever needed
• Initiate the process to check the modelers work to ensure that the model works before handing over to rigging
• Assist and guide modelers to create a good model with good topology
• Provide assistance and guidance to junior or intermediate rigger
• Communicate with all departments
• Encourage and inspire team mates to improve and stay positive
• Provide suggestions and solution whenever needed
