Responsibilities are:

• Maintain department standards through asset reviews
• Work efficiently toward deadlines
• Collaborate with Animation and Modeling teams
• Collaborate with Co-Lead and Development Rigging TDs
• Guide tool development and department workflow
• Aid in optimisation of artist's workflow and rigging pipeline
• Work under Rigging Supervisor's guidance
• Provide mentorship, training and guidance to members of rigging team

• 7 years of professional experience
• Lead experience desirable
• Feature character animation experience an asset
• Facial rigging experience
• Excellent artistic skills
• Strong technical skills in 3D software
• Strong eye for the aesthetics of deformation
• Strong understanding of anatomy and body dynamics
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Tool building and scripting knowledge an asset
• Blender experience is a plus but not necessary
