Description

THE POSITION

The Junior Visualization Artist will be responsible for participating in the production of visualization projects. Visualization Artists are self-starters, able to multi-task, dependable, and open to direction and feedback. You will communicate design processes and intentions to Senior Artists and Directors, work in an organized and professional manner, and participate in company-wide events, workshops and strategy sessions focused on improving techniques, communications, global organization and standards of practice.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Participate in Concept Creation & Management including

  • Contribute to client concept ideation and pitch efforts
  • Ability to think critically and develop creative solutions  
  • Handle multiple projects with changing requirements, client requests, and deadlines
  • Strong time management and project estimation skills 

Hands on Leadership in the following areas

  • Proactively contribute to the betterment of the project including improvements and troubleshooting
  • Work continuously to optimize communications and delivery efforts  
  • Be a dependable partner to clients through the project process 

Requirements

Key Technical/Creative experience

  • Strong understanding of scene organization in 3DS Max
  • Camera animation in 3DS Max
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of Vray
  • Strong material creation with Vray
  • Experience submitting animated sequences to render
  • Basic knowledge of multi-pass compositing in AE and post-processing software
  • Experience with photography
  • Intermediate-Advanced Photoshop skills in compositing and matte painting

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience in a client-facing environment while working on Visualization projects 
  • Strong communication skills - visual, verbal and written
  • Positive, solution-based and friendly attitude
  • Strong interpersonal, creative problem solving, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant 3D Artist experience 
  • Candidates must have a valid EU Work Permit to be eligible for consideration
