THE POSITION
The Senior 3D Artist will be responsible for participating in the production of visualization projects. 3D Artists are self-starters, able to multi-task, dependable, and open to direction and feedback. You will communicate design processes and intentions to Creative Director, and teammates, work in an organized and professional manner, and participate in company-wide events, workshops and strategy sessions focused on improving techniques, communications, global organization and standards of practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Hands on Leadership in the following areas

• lead client concept ideation and pitch efforts when applicable
• work continuously to improve communications and delivery efforts  
• mentor Junior and Intern artists 
• be a dependable asset to clients 

Participate in Concept Creation & Management including

• critical thinking, creative solutions and utilization of artistic instincts 
• lead multiple projects with changing requirements, client requests, and deadlines
• be a steward of production processes and partner with producing staff to achieve client satisfaction 

Key Technical/Creative experience 

• strong understanding of scene organization in 3DS Max
• camera animation in 3DS Max
• advanced to expert knowledge of Vray
• strong material creation with Vray
• experience submitting animated sequences to render
• Strong knowledge of multi-pass compositing in AE and post-processing software
• Advanced-Expert Photoshop skills in compositing and matte painting
• experience with photography

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in 3D visualization in a client-facing environment
• Strong communication skills - visual, verbal and written
• Positive, solution-based and friendly attitude
• Strong interpersonal, creative problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree required 
• Minimum 5 years of relevant 3D Artist experience 
• Candidates must have a valid EU Work Permit to be eligible for consideration
