Job Description

• Design of economic systems
• Ensure the implementation of values ​​and balance the economy
• Collaborate with Game Designers on the creation of game systems to maximize short and long term player satisfaction, but also provide opportunities for monetization
• Collaborate with the interface team, to ensure a perfect exposure of the economic mechanics, rewards and purchasing opportunities offered to players
• Collaborate with the store manager and the Live team, to analyze performance and manage the economy, and manage the pricing of virtual goods as well as the balance between free content versus paid content
• Participate to design additional content and new initiatives to monetize and reward users.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in AAA or RPG games
• Strong knowledge and experience with online, multiplayer, social or free to play games
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Experience in data analysis
• Be comfortable with social demographic data
• Rigor, autonomy, self-criticism and creativity will be essential
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
