After some brainstorming, I came up with a couple of ideas for the story, involving a precious brain-shaped element within a decadent atmosphere. I would like to depict the contrast between a doomed environment and the rich, prosperous and creative inner human mind.

I have decided to use a central composition to really draw attention to the key element, thanks to some thumbnailing and value studies. Additionally, I have done some facial expression sketching to capture the outer mood and the shape of the key element
