- Collaborate with Media Content Producers on establishing reviews process, and setting quality standards in all production phases.
- Supervise the setup of 3D production pipelines with external partners, having optimal workflow in mind.
- Serving as the main point of contact between Media Content Production and the internal 3D Art team leads for assets and brand guides.
- Collaborating with Media Content Producers on organising external partner assets and deliverables deliveries.
- Establishing 3D Assets, Animation and LRC (Lighting, rendering and compositing) production reviews workflow, making sure they follow internal quality standards.
- Collaborate with Artists, Art Directors and Project Managers to ensure consistent brand vision.

- Preferably 5+ years of experience in 3D Animation production in comparable mediums (TV commercials, TV series, short films, film, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of animation production pipelines, from the storyboard, layout, animation, rendering, compositing, etc.
- Ability to spot issues and propose solutions to ensure optimal workflow and smooth production.
- General CGI Artistic knowledge which will help candidates do supervision in at least one of the fields (3D Modeling & Texturing, Animation, Lighting & Rendering, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge in Animation production tools (eg. Maya or similar), rendering engines (eg. Redshift or similar), and painting tools (Substance or similar).
- Advanced knowledge of production tools such as Shotgrid (or similar) for file tracking and task assignments.
- Must be able to work in a collaborative and team-based environment, when needed constructively challenge direction, and give critical feedback in a professional manner.
- Ability to communicate creative and technical thoughts and ideas clearly, both verbally and in written form.
