Reporting to the Chief Technical Officer, the Head of Pipeline manages the development and technical director teams.

In collaboration with the program manager, he/she organizes and ensures the implementation of the Pipeline department structure.

He/she guarantees the development needs of the structure by maximizing the return on investment of all Pipeline modifications.

In liaison with the manufacturing managers and production teams, he/she assists the lead developers and TD in the assignment of missions.

• Clearly establish performance expectations for direct reports in collaboration with Program Manager to provide support and direction across Pipeline team

• Highly technical knowledge of the animation and/or VFX sector and an appetite for technology watch
• Experience in managing a technical team
• At ease in English
