Key Purpose of the Job: 
Production Coordinators at DNEG aid the smooth running of high-end animated feature film projects through supporting the production and supervision team, ensuring the accurate and efficient flow of information.

You will be responsible for aiding in efficient on-set coordination which includes downloading files for shoot sessions, taking notes and general support. You will be an extension of the Animation Layout Prod tea​m​​ so we ​are in need of a Production Coordinator who has CG Animation Layout experience. Any previous on-set live-action experience is a bonus.

Must Have  

• Proven experience as a Production Coordinator

• Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Experience in working with databases, preferably Shotgun

• Knowledge of FTP software

• Diploma or equivalent education

• Aptitude for learning new software

 

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of animation and layout terminology 

• HTML / Wiki skills

• Knowledge of Filemaker
