Description

・Managing projects and other tasks in relation to game producing, including general support

・Formulating strategies for planning/income and expenditure/constructing systems/securing staff

・Supporting promotional activities

・Developing/selecting/planning/contracting/managing progress of domestically and internationally outsourced production companies

Requirements

・Someone who shares the same attitude towards craftsmanship as Kojima Productions

・1 year or more of previous work experience as a producer/project manager/director in various industries (we will consider candidates from industries other than game production)

・Experience in project management and organizing budget, quality, scheduling, etc.

・Someone who understands the process of game production

*New graduates are not required to meet the above qualification(s)

*If you are new to the industry, you do not have to meet all of the qualification(s), but please show us other qualities and/or abilities you may have instead.

Preferred but Not Required

・Experience in producing popular content

・English communication skills

・Previous work experience or expertise in product design, promotion, marketing, etc.

・Previous work experience or expertise in management tools such as Hansoft, JIRA, etc.

・Someone with enthusiasm for online games/social games

・Someone with enthusiasm for games and other entertainment content

・Ability to analyze data, hypothesize, and make proposals based off database information

・Ability to think logically and have flexibility

・Someone who is cooperative, able to have smooth communication with internal and external parties, and overall adequate conversational skills
