I would like to share with you my artistic journey from Peru to Spain.
Giving a little context about the situation of digital art in my country of origin, the work I have done there, and what it has been like to travel to Spain to continue with my studies. And not only in the artistic aspect, but also as a migrant and how that also affects my work.

I am looking for work too and I am nowhere near as qualified as you. This is not good news for me. There is often confusion between what is concept art and Illustration. In your own words, what do you see as your job description?

Don't be discouraged, Maybe the industry is in hard times, but things will get better.
About your question. I think my job description is very wide.
When I apply to a big company I just say that I'm ENVIRONMENT concept artist. Because usually, these big companies want specialized artists.
But when I apply to indie companies or small ones I say that I can do characters, environments, props, even illustrations. These kind of companies (because they are still growing) need a more general profile.
Anyways, job offers usually come well specified too. So in those cases you have to apply specifically with artworks that are required.
