Core principles of giving feedback are well known; the harder part is to follow these principles, especially when both sides appear not to hear each other or if a conflict pops up. So, how can we hear the other side or invite the other person to hear you, and what can we do to build bridges and relationships and find a solution through healthy communication? Do we really know how to handle constructive conflicts? And are we using active listening as well as we think we are?
