LIFE AT LIGHTHEART

We put old-school arcade games with deep mechanics at the top of everybody’s ‘must-play’ lists.

If you want to have a big say in the big decisions, and know how to lock down the slippery concept of ‘fun’, you’ll be a great fit at Lightheart.

Here, you won’t be told what to do by your manager. Because you won’t have one. In fact, we don’t have any at all. Instead, we totally trust our team with our games — and our success.

You’ll be part of a nimble team where everyone has an equal say, and the same responsibility to get things done effectively while supporting each other.

Unconventional? Yes. But with over 10 million downloads to date (for our very first title) it feels fairly safe to say that it’s working out pretty well.

• Independent, self-organizing mentality
• Experience from previous game projects
• Strong communication skills in English
