We are looking for multiple Content Creators / Storytellers to collaborate on the initial conceptual and narrative development of a destination-based storytelling project.
The focus of this role is the development of the creative concept, storytelling approach and narrative framework, translating real locations and experiences into compelling short-form video ideas.
Selected profiles will work together in a collaborative concept phase, shaping the foundation of the project. This stage is limited to pre-production (May) and does not include participation in shooting or production, which will be handled by a dedicated production team afterwards.

This is a remote collaborative concept phase. Team working sessions and calls will be scheduled during May, aligned with the availability of all selected participants, to ensure effective collaboration across time zones.

Candidates can be based anywhere in the world. However, familiarity with Lisbon is considered a strong advantage.

• Participate in collaborative brainstorming sessions with the creative team
• Contribute to the development of the core concept and narrative direction of the project
• Help define the storytelling framework that will guide the production phase
• Work with the team to refine ideas into a clear and actionable creative foundation for the production team to execute afterwards
