LEGO® have had an internal agency for years.  

The LEGO® Agency is based in the LEGO® headquarter in Billund, Denmark. It is one of the biggest in-house advertising agencies in Western Europe, with hubs in China, US and the UK.

They are more than 300 people globally, from a range of different professions - design creatives and copywriters to developers, strategists and marketeers.
