DESCRIPTION:My name is Damjan Gjorgievski and I am an artist working in the
field of art and entertainment for more than 7 years. I am originally fro
m Macedonia\, currently living in Finland working as a freelance artist an
d studying the impact of art on Mental Health and Society. In the meantime
\, I am working on getting funding for my own startups for gaming and publ
ishing. \n\nI will share my experience in how my personal artworks have he
lped me move forward with my career faster than the main career path I too
k years ago in digital art. I believe that by sharing my own experience an
d daily practices that helped me finally make my own projects reality\, pe
ople will be able to learn on how to find their way to do the same. \n\nBe
side that\, I will share my experience with working with teams as an Art D
irector and motivating others to pickup some habits which would drip into
the workspace envrionment and bit by bit impact the industry.\n\nIt is my
believe that it is every artist's responsibility to bring their unique sel
ves forward more often in order to improve society in general.
