The BRIC Foundation’s mission is to create new access points for women and people from underrepresented groups so they can excel at creative leadership. BRIC also strives to increase representation and enable culture change through engaging and empowering talent. BRIC achieves this mission through a yearly Talent + Innovation Summit, quarterly through our BRIC Creative Academy high school create-a-thon events, and our action focused coalitions that take on year-round projects and partnerships with other organizations.

 

BRIC was founded by entertainment industry veterans Alison Mann, Nicole Hendrix, and Jill Gilbert who collectively have worked at such companies including Sony Pictures Animation, NBC, Gnoman School of Design, Paramount Animation, Nickelodeon, the Walt Disney Studios, and Luma Pictures.
